"We never knew how important i twas to have a great realtor until we purchased our recent home. We had purchased our first home in California, nearly 20 years ago and our realtor, at the time, we felt did a good job, but now we know she was just adequate. She did a fantastic job giving us valuable advice on what should be done to prep our house to put on the market and helped with staging. She was spot on when predicting when our house would sell and how much our property would sell for. We really appreciated that she was so thoughtful about making sure our pet was taken care of during the tours and was always willing to be present during showings.
